: Attn: I am not rating this a 2.5 it is more like a 1. The staff was not welcoming they were in a hurry to leave for the night when we arrived, there is no staff on duty from the hours of 1030 pm to 7 am which is odd. We were not shown to our room we were given sketchy directions to the room which was in the very back of the building. They also did not leave extra towels out like I requested when we arrived. We asked for a non smoking room and we were surrounded by smoking rooms. The entry ways to enter the building that had broken windows. The hallways were poorly lit. The drapes in the room were off track making it impossible for them to be shut all the way. The bathroom was horrible toilet did not flush properly, the shower was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The room had a musty smell that would not go away. The room A/C and heating did not work properly. There was lighting that was not working in the room. The bedding was not in the best condition to sleep on.The television did not work properly as well. There was no telephone in the room, if you needed to contact the front desk there was no way of doing so during the night since there is no staff on duty after 1030 pm. The free continental breakfast was not very appetizing it consisted of bulk cereal which was only 2 kinds to share and muffins in a plastic shoe tote. There was styrofoam and plastic utensils to use. We did not see any juice or coffee with the free continental breakfast. The place made you feel very unsafe like you never new what was going to happen. There were people there that actually lived there, with all types of foot traffic all day and all night. The parking lot was nothing but potholes which made driving in and out of the parking lot impossible and hard on our vehicle. There was nothing inviting or welcoming to our stay. Overall, it was not a place I would recommend for anyone to stay at. Again please do not rate it a 2.5 it was more like a 1.
